The Procurement Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for end-to-end management of sourcing activities across multiple commodity categories. The role involves identifying and evaluating suppliers, requesting and comparing quotations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery aligned with cost, quality, and compliance requirements. The Procurement Manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast demand, define specifications, manage purchase orders, and optimize inventory levels. Daily tasks include monitoring market trends and geopolitical developments, analyzing procurement data, managing supplier relationships, and resolving issues related to quality, logistics, and documentation. The role also includes maintaining accurate procurement records, supporting audit and compliance needs, and contributing to continuous improvement of sourcing strategies and processes. Qualifications • Candidates should possess strong Procurement and Supplier Evaluation skills to manage multi-commodity sourcing and assess supplier performance. • Candidates should possess expertise in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management to secure favorable terms and ensure adherence to agreements. • Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret market data, cost structures, and risk factors for informed buying decisions. • Relevant experience in international procurement, cross-border trade, and multi-commodity sourcing, preferably in industrial, food, metal, or chemical sectors. • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) are an advantage. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in English; additional regional languages are beneficial. • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, globally focused environment.
