Arabian Private Holdings
About the role The Graduate Project Manager role provides the essential coordination and structural support required to execute complex mandates for our clients, including an ongoing engagement for a Dubai-based financial services firm. We require an organized thinker who can track various project components without losing sight of the core strategic objectives. This position ensures that our principals can focus on high-level advisory while the mechanics of each project remain precise, timely, and well-documented. About Arabian Private Holdings Arabian Private Holdings was founded on the principle that many critical business problems do not fit the traditional large-firm consulting model. A board facing a succession question or a family group weighing a capital injection does not need a team of twelve associates and a hundred-page methodology deck. They need experienced partners who can sit with a problem, form a rigorous view, and defend it. Our work covers corporate strategy, governance, and operating model efficiency for some of the most significant family groups, listed corporations, and government entities in the region. We operate as a remote firm, choosing to prioritize the quality of our analysis and the strength of our relationships over traditional office overhead. If a project is not a fit for our expertise, we are direct about it. If it is, we stay involved until the decision is made and the results are delivered. What you will do • Maintain project timelines and internal resource logs for our current mandate with a Dubai-based financial services firm. • Conduct targeted research into market trends and regulatory changes that affect client portfolios and holding company structures. • Assist principals in drafting concise briefing notes and governance frameworks that translate complex data into clear recommendations. • Track the status of different workstreams to ensure no detail is overlooked during a client scaling transition. • Form a preliminary view on operational bottlenecks based on data provided by clients and internal analysis. • Organize internal documentation and records so that the rationale for every decision is preserved and easily accessible. • Prepare summary reports that outline project progress and highlight potential risks to the timeline. • Support the principals in coordinating communication across different stakeholder groups involved in a mandate. What we are looking for • A high level of written precision and the ability to explain logical steps clearly in plain English. • Natural curiosity about how large holding companies and financial institutions operate and generate value. • Strong organizational habits that allow you to manage multiple threads of a mandate simultaneously without losing focus. • A degree in business, economics, or a related field that demonstrates analytical training and academic rigor. • Comfort working in a fully remote environment that requires proactive communication and self-direction. • The ability to identify when a project is drifting from its original scope and call attention to it early. How we work We have replaced the traditional office with a model that prioritizes the quality of analysis over physical presence. Every member of the firm works remotely, using clear communication and shared documentation to stay aligned on our mandates. Mentoring happens through direct involvement in partner-level work rather than through formal training programs or HR initiatives. We value a quiet, focused approach where everyone is accountable for the outcome of the client engagement. Our firm avoids the aggressive growth targets of larger consultancies, focusing instead on delivering clarity for a select number of clients who value independent, honest advice. What the role offers • Direct exposure to senior principals and high-stakes corporate decision-making processes. • A permanent, full-time position that is 100 percent remote. • Competitive pay that is attractive for the entry-level market. • The opportunity to contribute to significant projects, such as our current work with a Dubai-based financial services firm. • A professional environment that values intellectual rigor and respects professional boundaries.
