Arabian Private Holdings
About the role This position exists to support our ongoing work with a leading logistics provider based in Dubai by ensuring that data integrity remains a priority throughout the engagement. The Junior Data Operations Analyst will organize and verify the information that informs our strategic advice on operating models and governance. By maintaining high standards for data accuracy, you provide the foundation for our principals to form a clear view on complex business problems. About Arabian Private Holdings Arabian Private Holdings was founded on the principle that many critical business problems do not fit the traditional large firm consulting model. A board facing a succession question or a family group weighing a capital injection does not need a team of twelve associates and a hundred page methodology deck. They need experienced partners who can sit with a problem, form a rigorous view, and defend it. We take on a limited number of mandates to ensure that every client receives direct attention from the principals who are actually accountable for the outcome. Our work covers corporate strategy, governance, and operating model efficiency for some of the most significant family groups, listed corporations, and government entities in the region. We operate as a fully remote firm, choosing to prioritize the quality of our analysis and the strength of our relationships over traditional office overhead or aggressive growth targets. What you will do • Review raw data sets from the logistics provider to identify inconsistencies in reporting or operational tracking. • Maintain the integrity of internal databases used to track client mandates and portfolio performance. • Prepare clear summaries of data findings to help principals form a view on specific corporate governance issues. • Monitor data feeds from various business units to ensure the operating model is being followed as intended. • Assist in the preparation of board level reporting by verifying the numbers behind the suggested strategy. • Collaborate with client teams remotely to resolve data entry errors and improve general information hygiene. • Organize historical data to support long term trends analysis for our core holdings and investments. • Document internal data processes to ensure that all information systems are transparent and easy to audit. What we are looking for • A strong grasp of logic and the ability to spot patterns or outliers in large sets of business information. • Clear written communication skills with a preference for plain English over corporate jargon. • Basic familiarity with spreadsheet tools or database software used to organize and sort information. • A disciplined approach to work that allows for high productivity in a fully remote environment. • Curiosity about how large organizations function and how data informs their operating models. • Attention to detail that ensures even small errors in a data set are caught and corrected quickly. How we work We operate as a remote firm, which requires a high degree of trust and individual accountability. This model allows us to hire based on talent rather than geography, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible advice regardless of where our team members are located. Mentoring at Arabian Private Holdings happens through active participation in mandates, where junior analysts work closely with principals on real problems for high profile clients. We value clarity of thought and the ability to defend a position based on evidence rather than popular opinion. Our communication is frequent but purposeful, avoiding unnecessary meetings to focus on the work itself and the results we deliver for our clients. What the role offers • Paid position with compensation that is attractive and competitive for the entry level market. • Direct exposure to high level corporate strategy and governance mandates for significant regional entities. • A fully remote work arrangement that offers flexibility and eliminates the need for commuting or office presence. • Professional growth through direct mentorship from experienced principals who value quality over volume. • The opportunity to contribute to meaningful problem solving for a leading logistics provider in the region.
