Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in the United Arab Emirates, combining on-site client and team interactions with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and coaching a sales team, setting and tracking sales targets, and overseeing the end-to-end sales process for property listings. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with property owners, investors, and brokers. The Sales Manager monitors market trends, prepares sales forecasts and reports, and collaborates with marketing and operations to optimize lead generation and conversion. This position also requires ensuring compliance with local real estate regulations and promoting a high standard of customer service across the sales team. Qualifications • Proven experience in real estate sales management or a similar role, preferably within the UAE market. • Strong leadership skills, with experience in coaching, motivating, and performance-managing sales teams. • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies, set targets, and analyze sales metrics and market trends. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with diverse clients and stakeholders. • Solid understanding of real estate processes, property valuation, and local regulatory requirements. • Comfort with CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and basic data analysis to drive decision-making. • High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus, with strong organizational and time-management skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications in real estate are an advantage. • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages commonly used in the UAE market is a plus.
