We are working with a market-leading international law firm who are seeking an Associate Solicitor to join their Projects & Infrastructure team within their Abu Dhabi office. The Role The successful candidate will join a market-leading Infrastructure practice, focusing on supporting a key high-profile institutional client in the oil and gas sector. The candidate will support clients on non-contentious construction matters on a wide range of Projects matters, including EPC, infrastructure, industry-specific and development projects. Duties will also include drafting, advising upon, negotiating and preparing construction contract documentation and providing strategic contract advisory services on live projects. This role will offer the candidate unparalleled hands-on client support experience, advising on bespoke forms of contract and working closely with the client's in-house legal and project management teams to delivery pragmatic, business-focused solutions. Essential Criteria • 3-6 PQE; • Strong background in major construction and infrastructure projects within a medium to large commercial firm; • Excellent commercial awareness; • Outstanding academics; • Technically excellent; • Negotiation skills; • Willingness to become involved in business development; • Ability to work independently and as a team.
