Managing Director - Property Management & Real Estate

MANAGING DIRECTOR — Property Management Sharjah • Full-time • On-site A newly built Sharjah property management company — launching with an established multi-building portfolio and expanding into brokerage and facilities services — is searching for the Managing Director who will lead it permanently. You will take over a documented, running operation with full P&L accountability and grow it into Sharjah's most professionally run property services firm. This is a build-and-lead mandate for an operator, not a caretaker seat. What you will own: • Full P&L and operational leadership across property management, leasing and facilities lines • The owner reporting and governance rhythm — the company answers to its owner monthly, with numbers • Team leadership and growth: an operating core is in place; you build from it • Commercial growth: third-party landlord mandates alongside the business development function • Service standards, vendor economics and the operating cost base What we are looking for: • 10+ years in property management / real estate / facilities operations in the UAE or GCC, including 3+ at Director/GM level • Full P&L ownership evidence — budgets, cost bases, margins, not just operations • Has built or substantially scaled an operating business, not only run an inherited one • Regulatory fluency (tenancy law, municipal processes); Sharjah / northern emirates experience a strong advantage • MRICS / CPM / CFM an advantage; Arabic or a second language preferred Show more Show less
