MEP Quantity Surveyor

Urgent required MEP Quantity Surveyor – Post-Contract & Commercial ELMACS Co. L.L.C. is looking for an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our Project Controls / Commercial team in the UAE. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare monthly progress payment applications and measurements. • Manage variations, claims, and commercial submissions. • Review and certify subcontractor payment applications. • Perform MEP quantity take-offs and BOQ reconciliations. • Prepare cost reports, commercial registers, and final accounts. • Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and main contractors. • Ensure proper contractual documentation and follow-up on commercial entitlements. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. • 3–5 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in the UAE. • Experience with an MEP contractor or subcontractor in a post-contract/commercial role. • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, drawings, quantity measurement, and BOQ. • Experience with progress payments, variations, subcontractor certifications, and final accounts. • Good knowledge of FIDIC-based contracts and UAE construction practices. • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and ability to read AutoCAD/PDF drawings. • Proficiency in Bluebeam or PlanSwift. • Experience with ERP, accounting or project cost-control systems. • Familiarity with Primavera P6 progress information. • Good English communication and strong attention to detail. • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with relevant professional certifications (RICS or equivalent preferred) Apply Now & Send your CV, To; [email protected] Show more Show less
