Our client is currently looking to hire a Head of HR for their Dubai office. The Head of HR will lead the development and execution of HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with the company's business objectives. The role will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, development, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, well-being, and HR operations, while acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on people matters. Key responsibilities include workforce planning and recruitment, succession and talent development, employee relations, compensation benchmarking and annual reviews, insurance renewals, payroll oversight, Emiratisation/Saudization initiatives, and ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations. The role will also support organisational change, employee engagement, and initiatives that promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture. In addition, the Head of HR will provide strategic and practical HR support across the business, ensuring people initiatives are aligned with business needs and delivered effectively. The role will oversee the HR budget, manage key external partners and recruitment agencies, strengthen the company's employee value proposition, and continuously improve HR processes, systems, and the overall employee experience. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role, with strong knowledge of personnel administration, compensation and benefits, performance management, labour laws, and HR policies and practices.
