Project Manager – Banking Domain Total Work of Exp. – 10 to 14 Years Location – Onsite (Dubai) • Program planning and execution • Defining the scope and objectives • Identifying key milestones and timelines, • Resource planning • Creating work breakdown structure and project plan • Risk and Issue Management • Identify and assess potential risks and issues that could impact the delivery of program. • Arrange workshops with key stakeholders to review and mitigate any key risks. • Regular update of issue management to senior stakeholders and maintain risk log. • Program Delivery and Timelines management • Monitor the program’s progress against predefined milestones and make necessary adjustments to ensure that any delays or challenges are quickly addressed. • Identify delivery timeline dependencies and proactively act on completing the dependencies to meet all project timelines as expected. • Document all program activities, decisions, changes, and milestones to ensure clear communication and historical records. • Communicate with key stakeholders program status, including any escalated risks or challenges, and proposed mitigation actions. • Regularly conduct project governance meetings across all relevant stakeholders.
