Role Description We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Assistant Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team in Dubai. The candidate will support business development and sales activities, build strong client relationships, identify potential clients, and ensure consistent follow-ups to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities • Identify and approach potential clients and business opportunities. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. • Conduct regular client follow-ups and coordinate meetings. • Support the Business Development team in achieving sales targets. • Handle client queries and provide appropriate solutions. • Maintain accurate client records and update CRM/database. Qualifications & Requirements • Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Relations, or a related field. • Fluent English and Hindi is mandatory. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Good client-handling and negotiation skills. • Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities. • Target-oriented and self-motivated approach. • Candidates currently based in Dubai/UAE are preferred. • Immediate joiners will be given preference.
