Senior Digital Marketing Manager

ESMOS Recruitment is currently recruiting a Senior Digital Marketing Manager on behalf of our client, a leading Conference & Exhibition organiser based in Dubai. The role will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing campaigns across multiple channels, and using data and insights to drive engagement, audience growth and business results. Key Responsibilities • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. • Lead social media, website, SEO and digital performance initiatives. • Create and optimise content, landing pages and digital campaigns. • Monitor campaign performance, analytics, KPIs and ROI. • Identify new digital channels, tools and trends to improve performance. • Work closely with internal teams, agencies and external partners. • Develop strategies to increase audience engagement, leads and conversions. • Manage and mentor junior digital marketing team members. • Continuously optimise campaigns based on data and customer insights. Requirements • Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field. • 7+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably within events, exhibitions, conferences or a related industry. • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, SEO, analytics and campaign management. • Experience managing digital campaigns and budgets. • Strong analytical, creative and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and organisational skills. • Proven ability to manage projects and work across multiple teams. ***ONLY Shortlisted candidates will be contacted*** Show more Show less
