Role Description The Human Resources Generalist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for handling day-to-day HR activities, including administering HR policies, supporting recruitment processes, onboarding new team members, and maintaining employee records. The Human Resources Generalist coordinates employee benefits, supports benefits administration, and ensures compliance with local labor regulations and company procedures. The role also involves responding to employee inquiries, assisting with performance management processes, and supporting HR-related reporting and documentation. Collaboration with internal stakeholders and adherence to UAE labor laws are central to the daily responsibilities. Qualifications • Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in generalist or similar HR roles. • Demonstrated ability to develop, interpret, and implement HR Policies in alignment with UAE labor regulations. • Practical experience with Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration, including communication and coordination with service providers. • Knowledge of UAE Labor and Emigration Codes and familiarity with governmental procedures related to employment. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly. • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is Mandatory • Salary: AED 5,000 – 6,000 per month • Show more Show less
