Project Manager - PMC Abu Dhabi We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage PMC activities for a major upstream oil & gas project, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience in Early Production Facilities (EPF) and/or sour gas, critical gas, and gas treatment facilities. Experience Required • 20+ years of overall experience in the oil & gas industry, with significant experience in Project Management and execution of major upstream projects within a PMC/EPC environment. • ADNOC project experience, preferably with experience working in an ADNOC PMC environment, with strong knowledge of ADNOC standards, specifications and project execution requirements. • Proven experience managing multidisciplinary upstream oil & gas projects through the complete project lifecycle, including FEED, detailed engineering, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up and handover. • Strong experience in Early Production Facilities (EPF) is highly preferred, with exposure to associated upstream facilities and infrastructure. • Experience in Sour Gas, Critical Gas and/or Gas Treatment Facilities is strongly preferred, including projects involving complex process facilities, gas processing, separation, compression, dehydration and associated utilities. • Proven capability in managing EPC contractors, engineering consultants, construction contractors, vendors and multiple project interfaces. • Strong experience in managing project schedule, cost, progress, risk, change, contracts, quality, HSE and overall project delivery. • Experience coordinating interfaces between upstream production facilities, gas gathering, pipelines, gas treatment/processing facilities, utilities and other associated infrastructure. • Proven track record of delivering complex projects safely, on schedule and within approved budget, with strong client/ADNOC stakeholder management and contractor performance management experience. • Experience in brownfield and/or greenfield upstream projects will be an added advantage.
