Salesforce Business Analyst Location: Dubai, UAE Salary : AED 35,000 Industry: Financial Services and Forex Trading CRM Transformation Specialist with strong Salesforce Business Analysis experience to support a major CRM-to-Salesforce transformation. Key Responsibilities • Gather and assess business requirements across Sales, Partnerships, Compliance and Support functions. • Convert business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and process workflows. • Collaborate with Salesforce Architects, Developers and Product Owners to support effective solution design. • Contribute to CRM migration, data mapping, workflow development and process optimization. • Coordinate system testing and UAT to ensure solutions meet business requirements. • Develop and maintain process documentation, user guides and training materials. • Identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI to improve CRM processes. • Serve as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. Requirements • 3+ years of Salesforce Business Analyst experience. • Experience in CRM migration / transformation projects. • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and Core Clouds. • Experience in trading, FX, brokerage, fintech or financial services preferred. • Knowledge of client onboarding, partner management and compliance workflows. • Strong requirements gathering, stakeholder management and Agile/Scrum experience. • Salesforce BA or Administrator certification. • Data migration experience. • Experience with Claude, Agent force, Einstein Copilot or AI-assisted testing.
