Expert Opportunity - Recruiter ($70/hr, up to $1,400/week)

About This Opportunity We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced recruiters who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. We're looking for recruiters with 4+ years running HR processes and hiring pipelines to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: job descriptions and interview scorecards, offer letters and compensation rationale, HR policy and handbook drafting, performance-review templates, candidate-feedback and rejection communications, and headcount and compensation-band trackers.
