Job Title: ERP Transformation Program Manager Location: Dubai, UAE Job Purpose: Lead the end-to-end ERP transformation program, replacing the legacy Oracle ERP with a modern enterprise solution. The role is responsible for business process assessment, BRD and RFP preparation, vendor selection, implementation, data migration, testing, go-live, and project governance. Key Responsibilities: • Assess the existing Oracle ERP environment, integrations, customizations, and business processes. • Conduct workshops and prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs). • Develop and manage the ERP Request for Proposal (RFP) process. • Lead vendor evaluation, demonstrations, scoring, and contract discussions. • Manage project scope, budget, timeline, risks, and stakeholder communication. • Coordinate business users, implementation partners, and external consultants. • Oversee solution design, data migration, system integration, testing, training, and change management. • Ensure successful go-live, post-implementation support, and benefits realization. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline. • Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage. • PMP and/or PRINCE2 certification preferred. Experience: • 15+ years of IT and enterprise applications experience. • 10+ years of ERP implementation/project management experience. • Successfully delivered at least two full-cycle ERP implementation or replacement projects. • Hands-on experience in BRD preparation, RFP development, vendor evaluation, and ERP selection. • Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, Food, or Distribution industries is highly preferred. • Knowledge of Oracle EBS migration and modern ERP platforms such as Oracle Cloud, SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Infor, or IFS.
