Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage projects from initial planning through completion and handover. • Develop project execution plans, schedules, manpower requirements, resource plans, and project milestones. • Monitor overall project progress and ensure timely completion in accordance with contractual requirements. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments. • Manage project teams including Project Engineers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, Foremen, and site personnel. • Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, material requirements, method statements, and project documentation. • Coordinate with the factory, procurement, logistics, and installation teams to ensure materials are produced and delivered as per project requirements. • Monitor marble and granite fabrication, finishing, quality, packing, transportation, and installation activities. • Ensure site measurements, shop drawings, material approvals, mock-ups, and technical submissions are properly coordinated. • Identify project risks, delays, technical issues, and resource constraints and implement corrective actions. • Monitor project costs, variations, additional works, subcontractor costs, and resource utilization. • Coordinate with the Quantity Surveying and Commercial teams regarding variations, claims, measurements, valuations, and project financial performance. • Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements. • Conduct regular project and site progress meetings and prepare appropriate progress reports. • Monitor manpower productivity and ensure efficient utilization of labour, equipment, and materials. • Coordinate with HR and Administration regarding manpower requirements, mobilization, accommodation, transportation, and employee-related project requirements. • Ensure proper implementation of company Health & Safety requirements and site safety procedures. • Maintain proper project records, correspondence, reports, approvals, inspection requests, and handover documentation. • Manage project handover, snagging, rectification, final inspection, and close-out activities. • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. • Provide regular management reports covering project progress, cost, manpower, risks, delays, variations, and key issues. • Take immediate corrective action where project performance falls below approved targets. • Support management in business development, tender review, project planning, and technical discussions when required.
