Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee fit-out projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record delivering fast-track, premium projects in the Food & Beverage, Hospitality, and Retail sectors. You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of fit-out projects—from initial hand-over and procurement to site execution, authority approvals, and client handover—ensuring strict adherence to budget, schedule, quality, and safety standards. Key Responsibilities • Project Execution & Management: Drive site construction activities from kickoff to final snagging, ensuring delivery aligns with approved designs, MEP specifications, and local authority guidelines. • Commercial & Financial Control: Manage project budgets, cost variations, monthly valuations, cash flow, and subcontractor payments to maintain target profit margins. • Contractor & Vendor Management: Oversee procurement, supplier negotiation, subcontractor performance, and material approvals. • Stakeholder Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, interior designers, architects, mall management teams, and external consultants. • Authority Approvals: Ensure compliance and facilitate smooth sign-offs with local UAE authorities (e.g., Dubai Municipality, DCD, Concordia, Tecom, DDA, ADM) and landlord technical team guidelines. • Program & Schedule Management: Develop and maintain master project programs (using Primavera P6 or MS Project), tracking milestones to mitigate delays in fast-track schedules. • Quality & HSE Assurance: Enforce rigorous QA/QC standards and ensure site safety protocols adhere to UAE Health, Safety, and Environment regulations. Requirements & Qualifications • Experience: Minimum 10+ years of total experience in fit-out project management, with a substantial portion spent within the UAE market. • Sector Focus: Strong, verifiable portfolio of successfully handed-over projects in F&B (restaurants, cafes), Hospitality (hotels, lounges), and Retail (boutiques, flagship stores, mall fit-outs). • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Interior Architecture, or a related discipline. PMP or MRICS certification is advantageous. • Authority Knowledge: Deep operational understanding of UAE building codes, civil defense regulations, and major landlord NOC processes (Emaar, Nakheel, Majid Al Futtaim, Aldar). • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and construction management platforms. • Leadership: Strong negotiation, leadership, and conflict-resolution capabilities Show more Show less
