Job location: Saudi Arabia(Riyadh- work from office) Available to join within 0-30 Days Industry: FinTech/Real Estate Technology preferred Experience: 10 years+ must with OCI & AWS Salary: 22-23K SAR per month max Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Architect – Cloud & Infrastructure to take end-to-end ownership of the organization's enterprise Cloud and Infrastructure architecture. The role will focus primarily on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and AWS, with responsibility for designing and evolving secure, scalable, highly available, resilient, and cost-effective enterprise technology platforms. The candidate will work closely with C-level stakeholders, application teams, security teams, technology teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to understand business and technology requirements, define architecture and technology strategies, drive key technical decisions, and ensure successful implementation of infrastructure initiatives. This is a senior, hands-on architecture role requiring strong expertise across Cloud, DevOps, Infrastructure, Security, Networking, Automation, High Availability, Disaster Recovery, and Enterprise Architecture, combined with excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills. Key Responsibilities • Take end-to-end ownership of the enterprise Cloud and Infrastructure architecture and roadmap. • Design and evolve secure, scalable, highly available, resilient, and enterprise-grade solutions primarily across OCI and AWS. • Define cloud and infrastructure architecture standards, reference architectures, technology strategies, and best practices. • Partner with application teams to translate business and application requirements into appropriate infrastructure and cloud solutions. • Collaborate with Security teams to ensure infrastructure architectures meet security, compliance, identity, access, and risk requirements. • Drive cloud adoption, migration, modernization, automation, and infrastructure optimization initiatives. • Establish and enhance DevOps capabilities including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, automated provisioning, configuration management, and deployment automation. • Define and implement appropriate High Availability, Disaster Recovery, Backup, Business Continuity, monitoring, and observability strategies. • Evaluate technology options and provide recommendations considering scalability, performance, reliability, security, operational complexity, and cost. • Coordinate complex infrastructure initiatives across application, security, networking, architecture, operations, vendors, and other technology teams. • Provide architecture guidance and technical direction during major technology initiatives, implementations, and production transformations. • Communicate architecture decisions, technology strategies, risks, dependencies, and roadmaps effectively to C-level and senior stakeholders. • Ensure appropriate technical documentation, governance, standards, and architectural consistency across infrastructure environments. Core Technical Expertise Cloud • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) – Mandatory / Primary • AWS – Mandatory / Primary • Enterprise cloud architecture and hybrid/multi-cloud environments. • Cloud networking, compute, storage, IAM, security, monitoring, and database infrastructure. • Azure and other cloud platforms – Good to have. DevOps & Automation • CI/CD architecture and implementation. • Terraform / Infrastructure as Code. • Docker and Kubernetes / container platforms. • Configuration and deployment automation. • Git-based development and release practices. • Python, Shell, PowerShell, or equivalent scripting. • Monitoring, logging, observability, and operational automation. Enterprise Infrastructure Strong understanding of: • Enterprise networking and connectivity. • Load balancing, DNS, firewalls, VPN, routing, and network security. • Identity and Access Management. • Storage, backup, and database infrastructure. • High Availability and Disaster Recovery. • Business Continuity and operational resilience. • Infrastructure security and compliance. • Performance, capacity, reliability, and cloud cost optimization. Required Experience & Qualifications • 10+ years of experience in Infrastructure, Cloud, DevOps, and/or Cloud Architecture. • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud and AWS. • Proven experience designing and managing enterprise-scale infrastructure and cloud environments. • Experience working across multiple technology functions and managing complex infrastructure dependencies. • Strong experience engaging with C-level executives and senior stakeholders, as well as application, security, architecture, and technology teams. • Experience in FinTech, Financial Services, Real Estate Technology is highly preferred. • Strong English communication skills – mandatory. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred. • Cloud certifications are not mandatory; relevant AWS, Oracle, Azure, Kubernetes, or other certifications are an advantage.
