Location: Dubai, UAE Work Model: Full-time, On-site Experience: 5+ years Industry: AI / FinTech / SaaS What You'll Do • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our payments and financial products. • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements to launch and optimization. • Work closely with Engineering, Design, Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders. • Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritize the backlog. • Identify opportunities to improve payment experiences, reliability, conversion, and operational efficiency. • Work with payment gateways, processors, banking partners, and other financial ecosystem stakeholders. • Use customer feedback, data, and market insights to drive product decisions. • Ensure payment products meet relevant security, compliance, and regulatory requirements. What We're Looking For • 5+ years of experience in Product Management / Product Ownership. • Strong experience in payments, FinTech, SaaS, AI, or related technology products. • Hands-on understanding of payment flows, gateways, APIs, transactions, refunds, settlements, reconciliation, and payment failures. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach. • Experience working closely with engineering and technical teams. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills. • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
