Business Development Executive Location: Dubai, UAE Industry: Real Estate Employment Type: Full-time Department: Business Development / Channel Sales About the Role - We are looking for a Business Development Executive to expand and strengthen our broker and channel partner network. The role will focus on onboarding new brokers, activating channel partners, building long-term relationships, and driving business through the broker network. Key Responsibilities • Identify and onboard new real estate brokers and channel partners. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing brokers and agencies. • Explain company projects, available inventory, pricing, commissions, and offers to channel partners. • Conduct regular broker meetings, presentations, and property/project briefings. • Activate newly onboarded brokers and encourage consistent business generation. • Build and maintain a strong broker/channel partner database. • Follow up with brokers regarding leads, client requirements, site visits, and bookings. • Coordinate with internal Sales, Marketing, and CRM teams to ensure smooth lead and transaction management. • Monitor broker performance and identify opportunities to increase productivity. • Organize and participate in broker events, networking sessions, property launches, and training programs. • Track market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities within the Dubai real estate market. • Achieve monthly and quarterly channel sales and business development targets. • Maintain regular communication with key brokers and develop strategic partnerships. Candidate Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Real Estate, or a related field preferred. • 1–3 years of experience in business development, channel sales, broker management, or real estate. • Experience working with real estate brokers, agencies, or channel partners is highly preferred. • Strong knowledge of the Dubai/UAE real estate market is an advantage. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Strong networking and business development abilities. • Target-oriented with a proactive and result-driven approach. • Ability to manage multiple broker relationships and follow up consistently. • Good presentation and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
