What We’re Looking For • Proven experience as a Sous Chef in luxury five-star hotels, Michelin-starred restaurants, luxury resorts or prestigious private members’ clubs. • Strong British or European culinary experience and knowledge is essential. • Excellent understanding of high-end culinary standards and premium service. • Exceptional culinary skills and attention to detail. • Confident leadership skills and experience managing a professional kitchen team. • Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP, food cost and stock control. • Calm, polished and professional approach to service. • Currently based in Dubai and available to join immediately. • Luxury hospitality experience is essential. • Pre-opening experience is an advantage.
