The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, leadership capability, and a solid understanding of UAE financial regulations. Key Responsibilities • Financial Management — Oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance. • General Ledger Oversight — Manage and review ledger entries, reconciliations, and financial documentation. • Financial Reporting — Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. • Budgeting & Forecasting — Support budget preparation, financial forecasting, and variance analysis. • Audit Coordination — Lead internal and external audit processes, ensuring timely submission of required documents. • Compliance — Ensure adherence to accounting standards, VAT regulations, and UAE financial laws. • Process Improvement — Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes and operational efficiency. • Team Support — Provide guidance to junior accountants and support cross‑functional teams. Requirements • Experience — 4–6 years of accounting experience, preferably within financial services or a similar industry. • Education — Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certifications (CPA, ACCA) are an advantage. • Technical Skills — Strong proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel. • Analytical Skills — Ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights. • Attention to Detail — High accuracy in financial entries, reconciliations, and reporting. • Communication — Clear communication skills for internal coordination and reporting. • UAE Regulations — Strong understanding of VAT, compliance, and local accounting standards.
