We’re Hiring: Part-Time or Freelance Real Estate Recruiter OREIMA Real Estate is looking for an experienced, Dubai-based recruiter to help us identify and hire talented real estate agents. Responsibilities: • Source qualified real estate agents through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and industry networks • Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews • Assess candidates’ experience, communication skills, and market knowledge • Coordinate interviews with the management team • Maintain an organized candidate pipeline • Support the recruitment and onboarding process • Build a strong network of real estate professionals in Dubai Requirements: • Based in Dubai • Previous recruitment experience, preferably within the UAE real estate industry • Good understanding of Dubai’s real estate market and brokerage environment • Strong sourcing, interviewing, communication, and negotiation skills • Proactive, organized, and results-driven • Available on a part-time or freelance basis • An existing network of Dubai real estate agents is a strong advantage • To apply, please send your CV and a brief summary of your real estate recruitment experience to [email protected].
