Commercial Engineer - Electrical

WE ARE HIRING – COMMERCIAL ENGINEER (ELECTRICAL) We are looking for an experienced Commercial Engineer – Electrical to join our team for a Hospital Project in the UAE. Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering • 8+ years of experience in commercial/QS roles within the construction industry. • Must have hospital/healthcare project experience. • Strong experience in subcontract management, variations, claims, and final accounts. • Experience in BOQ preparation, cost control, valuation, and payment certification. • Good knowledge of MEP/Electrical works, contracts, and commercial procedures. • Ability to review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contractual documents. • Strong knowledge of FIDIC • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. • Immediate joiners or candidates available within a short notice period are preferred.
