Construction Manager - UAE National Only

About the Company We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Construction Manager to lead and oversee interior fit-out construction projects from planning through successful completion. The Construction Manager will be responsible for managing project execution, coordinating site activities, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget. About the Role The Construction Manager will be responsible for managing project execution, coordinating site activities, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities • Plan, manage, and oversee all phases of interior fit-out construction projects. • Lead project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and site personnel to ensure efficient project delivery. • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to achieve project objectives. • Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, health and safety requirements, and company policies. • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of workmanship, and adherence to project specifications. • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. • Review construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure project requirements are met. • Resolve technical, operational, and site-related issues in a timely manner. • Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management and stakeholders. • Ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and operational excellence are maintained. Qualifications • UAE National (with Family Book). • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. • Master's Degree is an advantage. • 10-12 years of relevant experience in construction management, with strong exposure to interior fit-out projects. • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering them successfully. • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management practices, and UAE construction regulations. • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. • Proficiency in project management and construction-related software applications.
