This opportunity is specifically designed for established professionals who bring strong market relationships, investor and broker networks, transaction experience, and the ability to independently originate and close business. THE OPPORTUNITY Fixed Monthly Allowance: AED 8,000–12,000 + Up to 70% Commission Sharing The proposition combines the stability of a fixed monthly allowance with significant performance-based earning potential. Commission-sharing ratios will be determined based on deal origination, lead source, closing contribution, and overall performance. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR • Strong and demonstrable experience in Dubai real estate • Well-established network of brokers, investors, and property buyers • Proven ability to independently generate qualified leads, negotiate, and close transactions • Strong understanding of Dubai’s primary and secondary markets • Ability to originate business through personal relationships and new market development • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management capabilities • Professional, entrepreneurial, and strongly execution-focused • Currently based and available in Dubai • Own car in Dubai This is not an entry-level opportunity.
