Role Description The Construction Manager will oversee all on-site activities for high-rise tower projects in Abu Dhabi, ensuring work is executed safely, on schedule, and within budget. This full-time, on-site role includes coordinating and supervising construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, and monitoring daily progress against project plans. The Construction Manager will manage project documentation, enforce construction safety standards, and ensure compliance with local regulations and quality requirements. The role also involves controlling costs, reviewing project budgets, and collaborating with project stakeholders to address risks, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication throughout the construction lifecycle. Qualifications • Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, with experience leading multi-disciplinary construction teams. • Candidates should possess skills in Budgeting and Project Control to manage costs, schedules, and resources effectively. • Candidates should possess skills in Construction Safety to implement and maintain safe work practices on-site. • Candidates should possess solid Construction knowledge, particularly in high-rise tower projects and relevant building codes. • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred. • Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role on large-scale building projects in the UAE or Gulf region. • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. • Familiarity with project management software and construction scheduling tools. • Ability to work on-site full-time in Abu Dhabi and collaborate with diverse teams.
