About the Role Channel Nexus is looking for a results-driven Head of Channel & Sales to lead channel development, vendor relationships, and sales growth across the GCC. This is a senior, revenue-owning role responsible for building strategic partnerships, onboarding vendors, and driving business expansion across the region. Key Responsibilities Channel & Sales Growth • Own and drive channel sales growth across the GCC, developing and executing a regional go-to-market strategy. • Build a pipeline of qualified opportunities and manage deals through to closure. • Track and report on sales performance against monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. • Identify white-space opportunities across markets, verticals, and customer segments within the GCC. Vendor Management & Onboarding • Lead the end-to-end onboarding of new vendors, including outreach, evaluation, and commercial structuring. • Negotiate and finalize vendor agreements, retainer arrangements, and margin/commission structures. • Act as the primary point of contact for onboarded vendors, ensuring alignment on goals, pricing, and support expectations. • Monitor vendor performance and manage retainer relationships to ensure continued value on both sides. Partner & Stakeholder Relationships • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, resellers, and distributors across the region. • Develop joint business plans with key partners to accelerate mutual revenue growth. • Serve as the escalation point for partner-related commercial or relationship issues. • Represent Channel Nexus at industry events, partner conferences, and networking forums to expand the partner network. Regional Sales Representation • Act as Regional Sales Director on behalf of in-house vendors, representing their products and solutions directly to customers and partners. • Lead or support customer-facing meetings, product presentations, and commercial negotiations. • Ensure vendor offerings are positioned effectively and competitively within the GCC market. Business Development & Strategic Expansion • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including new vendor categories, partner types, and market segments. • Support leadership in shaping regional expansion plans, including entry into new GCC markets. • Contribute market intelligence and competitor insights to inform business strategy. Cross-Functional Coordination • Work closely with internal teams (operations, finance, marketing) to support smooth deal execution and delivery. • Ensure accurate and timely handoffs from sales to delivery/operations post-deal closure. • Provide regular forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to the CEO/Founder.
