Job Role: AI Project Manager Work Location: Dubai Notice Period: Immediate – 30 Days Role Purpose • Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of AI initiatives across the enterprise. • Bridge business, technology, data, governance, and delivery teams to ensure successful AI solution execution. • Manage full AI use‑case lifecycle from discovery to deployment and benefits realization. Key Responsibilities • Define AI project scope, milestones, timelines, and delivery plans. • Translate business priorities into structured AI delivery roadmaps with measurable outcomes. • Manage end‑to‑end delivery: discovery, feasibility, design, build, testing, deployment, and post‑implementation review. • Coordinate cross‑functional teams (business, product, data science, engineering, architecture, security, risk, compliance). • Facilitate workshops, solution walkthroughs, sprint ceremonies, and stakeholder reviews. • Drive AI governance, risk assessments, security reviews, privacy checks, and approval processes. • Oversee responsible AI testing, model evaluation, guardrail validation, and operational readiness. • Manage vendors, partners, SOWs, deliverables, and performance. • Prepare executive dashboards, steering committee packs, and delivery health reports. • Support business readiness, training, adoption, and benefits tracking. • Enhance AI delivery playbooks, templates, governance workflows, and assurance practices. Technical & Functional Skills • Strong understanding of AI delivery lifecycle and enterprise AI governance. • Knowledge of predictive AI, generative AI, agentic AI, RAG, model lifecycle, pipelines, guardrails, LLMOps/MLOps. • Ability to translate business requirements into user stories, functional specs, acceptance criteria, and test plans. • Strong project management skills: planning, RAID, dependencies, change control, reporting. • Familiarity with cloud, data, integration, APIs, security, DevOps, CI/CD, observability. • Experience in regulated environments (preferably banking) with risk, compliance, and audit readiness. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or related fields. • Preferred: Master’s degree + certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum/SAFe, AI/ML, cloud, data, risk, governance). Experience • 8–12+ years in project management, technology delivery, digital transformation, data, or AI initiatives. • 4+ years managing AI, analytics, automation, or data projects in complex enterprises. • Experience coordinating multi‑disciplinary teams and working in regulated environments.
