Information Technology Project Manager

IT PROJECT MANAGER – AI & TECHNOLOGY 📍 Location: Dubai, UAE 💼 Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site About the Role We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with strong AI exposure to lead and deliver technology projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, technical understanding and the ability to work closely with Product, Engineering and senior leadership teams. Key Responsibilities • Lead and deliver multiple IT and technology projects from initiation to completion. • Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, resources and budgets. • Manage cross-functional teams, stakeholders, vendors and external partners. • Identify and manage project risks, dependencies and technical challenges. • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure successful delivery. • Lead or coordinate AI, automation and emerging technology projects. • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve business processes and products. • Track project KPIs, performance and business outcomes. • Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management. • Support projects involving blockchain, Web3 and crypto technologies where applicable. Requirements • 5–8 years of IT Project Management experience. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field. • Strong experience managing multiple technical projects. • Practical understanding of AI technologies, AI tools, automation and emerging technologies. • Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello or similar. • Strong stakeholder, vendor and risk management skills. • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Blockchain/Web3/Crypto experience is an advantage. • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or Scrum certification is preferred.
