We're Hiring | Partnerships & Business Development Executive Kashtat is expanding, and we're looking for a hands-on Partnerships & Business Development Executive to grow our network of restaurants, vendors, brands, and entertainment partners. This role is primarily focused on acquiring new vendors and building partnerships, while also managing the onboarding process and ongoing relationships with partners. Key Responsibilities • Identify and approach new restaurants, vendors, brands, and potential partners. • Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects. • Present Kashtat's partnership opportunities and negotiate commercial terms. • Close new partnerships and achieve vendor acquisition targets. • Manage the complete vendor onboarding process until the partner goes live. • Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and partners. • Follow up on offers, updates, renewals, and partner performance. • Identify opportunities to strengthen and grow existing partnerships. Requirements • 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Sales, Account Management, or Vendor Management. • Experience with retail, entertainment, hospitality, e-commerce, marketplaces, or loyalty platforms is highly preferred. • Proven experience in acquiring and closing new business partnerships. • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Target-oriented with a strong commercial mindset. • Excellent follow-up and organizational skills. • Existing relationships with restaurants, F&B brands, or vendors are a strong advantage. 📍 Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE 💼 Employment Type: Full-time Interested in joining Kashtat?
