Job Description: THC is supporting a leading global organization in the search for a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst – MENA to join their regional finance team. In this role, you will act as a key finance business partner, responsible for delivering high-quality financial insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring strong financial control across the MENA region. You will play a critical role in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis while working closely with cross-functional and senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a proactive finance professional with strong analytical capabilities, solid SAP experience, and a proven track record in FP&A or controlling within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, aesthetics, or medical devices industry. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes for the MENA region. • Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with detailed variance analysis. • Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to support business decisions. • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data in line with IFRS and internal controls. • Perform month-end closing activities in coordination with accounting and shared service teams. • Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to support business performance tracking. • Act as a finance business partner to commercial, sales, and operational teams. • Support pricing, profitability, and investment analysis for strategic initiatives. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement within finance operations. • Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and corporate governance standards. Requirements: • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, or Controlling. • Proven experience in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Aesthetics, or Medical Devices industry. • Strong hands-on experience with SAP (mandatory requirement). • Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial modeling tools. • Solid experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles • Strong understanding of month-end closing processes and variance analysis • Knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. • Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to senior stakeholders and non-finance teams. • Strong business partnering mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach. • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s or professional certification is a plus).
