Our portfolio includes Jumeirah Residences on Al Maryah Island, Hilton Al Raha Abu Dhabi, Stellar by Elie Saab on Yas Island, and Hilton Residences JLT in Dubai. Role Overview This is an individual sales role reporting directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing. The Sales Manager owns their pipeline end to end, from first enquiry through booking and SPA signing, and works closely with marketing on lead flow and campaign performance. Key Responsibilities Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the Director of Sales & Marketing Manage the full sales cycle: enquiry, qualification, viewing, offer, reservation, and SPA signing Conduct site visits, sales gallery presentations, and unit walkthroughs for prospective buyers Build and maintain relationships with brokers, agencies, and channel partners in both emirates Maintain accurate pipeline records and daily activity updates in CRM Prepare offers and payment plan options in line with approved pricing and company policy Submit weekly pipeline and conversion reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing Report market intelligence on competitor launches, pricing movement, and buyer sentiment Share lead quality feedback with marketing to sharpen campaign targeting Ensure compliance with ADRA, DLD, and RERA regulations throughout the sales process Travel between Abu Dhabi and Dubai as required for client meetings and project viewings Requirements Minimum 3 years' sales experience with a real estate developer in the UAE Proven record of closing high-value residential transactions Working knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and Dubai property markets Established network of brokers, agents, and qualified buyers Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage Strong presentation and negotiation skills with HNWI and investor clients Proficiency in CRM systems and structured sales reporting Valid UAE driving licence What We Offer Competitive base salary with a performance-based commission structure A portfolio of internationally branded residences with strong market positioning Visa, medical insurance, and benefits in line with UAE labour law Direct reporting line to the Director of Sales & Marketing and a clear growth path How to Apply Send your CV to [email protected] with "Sales Manager" in the subject line.
