Global Director of VIP | iGaming (Crypto-Native) Own the VIP program end to end at one of the fastest-moving crypto-native iGaming operators in the market. This isn't a "run the team" job. It's a build-the-function job. You will own how the highest-value players in the business are talked to, upgraded, retained, and rewarded — across every channel, every shift, every market. The team is in place. The tooling is in place. What we need is a leader who can raise the bar on all of it: commercial judgement, coaching quality, communication standards, bonus discipline, segmentation logic, and cross-functional influence. If you've run VIP or high-net-worth relationship books before — in iGaming, sportsbook, private banking, luxury, or another high-touch premium vertical — and you're ready to own a P&L-relevant function rather than manage a queue, read on. What you'll own • The team. Performance, coaching, quality reviews, hiring, structure, shift design. You set the standard for tone, empathy, professionalism, and proactivity — then you make it stick. • The commercial engine. Upgrade logic, segmentation, bonus-granting discipline, and the calculation frameworks your agents defend every offer against. No improvisation. • The player experience. Consistency and context-awareness across email, live chat, WhatsApp, and Telegram — regardless of which agent picks up the conversation. • The tooling stack. Real adoption, not lip service. The team uses what's in front of them, properly. • The commercial narrative. You represent VIP to the exec team with judgement — flagging risk, defending margin, and shaping strategy alongside Monetisation and BI. Who you are • A commercial operator first — you understand the tradeoffs between hold, LTV, retention, and short-term margin, and you know when they conflict. • A proven leader of people — you've built and coached VIP or HNW-facing teams, not just been the top individual on one. • Fluent with dashboards and KPIs — not a data scientist, but nobody has to explain a cohort chart to you twice. • Track record with high-value individuals — iGaming preferred, but private banking, luxury retail, concierge, or comparable high-touch premium client backgrounds welcome. • iGaming or sportsbook experience strongly preferred. Own the VIP program end to end: manage the team, upgrade logic and segmentation, enforce bonus-granting discipline, shape the player experience across email, live chat, WhatsApp, and Telegram, ensure proper tooling adoption, and represent VIP to the executive team with risk awareness and margin defense; develop the commercial narrative and collaborate with Monetisation and BI; drive performance coaching, quality reviews, and hiring; design shift structures and set standards for tone and professionalism.
