Role Description This is a full-time regional role for a Marketing Business Development Manager, located in UAE responsible for the Middle East with specific focus on KSA as well. The position involves generating new business opportunities, developing marketing & business development strategies, managing client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. It also includes market research, analyzing industry trends, and attending relevant industry events to expand the company's network and reach. Responsibilities • Set growth strategy across multiple industries and markets • Expand key account client base and device stronger approaches for winning projects • Design and execute plans to promote top services and features to existing and new clients • Coordinate with social media agency to expand our market reach and brand recognition • Bring insights into top events and exhibitions industry trends at a global and regional level, and make recommendations for integration into business • Build relationships with existing clients with a perspective of expanding offering • Conduct client feedback surveys and identify opportunities for growth • Ensure a strong external market representation for the agency through participation in events and other relevant forums regionally and globally and improve relationships with events & exhibition organizers Qualifications • Experience in Marketing, Business Development, Client Relationship Management • Strong skills in developing and implementing Marketing & Business Development Strategies • Proficiency in Market Research and analyzing industry trends • Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams • 10 years of experience with minimum 5 years experience in the events and exhibitions industries is a must • UAE experience is a must • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field • Willingness to travel regularly to different regional and global markets Show more Show less
