IDX™
As an Investcorp portfolio company, we're entering an exciting new phase of growth in the Middle East. Join IDX as our first dedicated hire in the region and help establish our presence, build lasting client partnerships, and drive new opportunities. Working with some of the Middle East's most recognised brands, you'll play a key role in shaping our success from the ground up. Reporting into our Chief Growth Officer and working closely with our Global Business Development Director and Head of Middle East, this is a unique opportunity for a bilingual English/Arabic speaker to play a visible role in our continued expansion into this region. The Role Responsibilities span four areas: raising IDX's profile and awareness across the Middle East market; identifying and opening new business opportunities in support of the wider Growth team; managing relationships and service delivery for existing Middle East clients; and providing project co-ordination support to keep client work aligned and on track. What You'll Be Doing • Help build IDX's profile and awareness across the Middle East, acting as a visible, credible presence in market on behalf of the wider Growth team. • Identify and open new business opportunities across the region, working closely with IDX's Global Business Development Director and Head of Middle East to convert interest into pipeline. • Act as the day-to-day relationship owner for a portfolio of Middle East clients, building trusted relationships that grow into long-term, multi-service partnerships. • Provide on-going service support to clients, helping them maintain, update, and evolve their digital communications. • Represent IDX at regional conferences, and industry/networking events to strengthen relationships, generate new leads, and build IDX’s profile in market. • Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure client needs are effectively communicated and successfully delivered. • Proactively managing communications and follow-ups to keep clients and internal stakeholders informed and projects on track. • Provide market and client insights to support strategic decision-making, and help shape how IDX builds out its Middle East operation. About You • Experience in business development, sales support, or client-facing roles, with a track record of opening opportunities and building relationships. • Background in corporate communications, investor relations, or digital communications. • Fluency in Arabic and English, with strong experience working across the UAE and wider Middle East market. • Comfortable working independently and pragmatically as part of a small, growing regional team.
