Project Manager

Antal International is partnering with a leading UAE-based aluminium, glass, and façade contractor to hire a Façade Project Manager for its Projects team in Abu Dhabi. This is an exciting opportunity to manage the end-to-end delivery of complex façade packages across high-rise and high-profile projects, covering design coordination, engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, testing, and handover. Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Industry: Façade Engineering | Aluminium & Glass | Curtain Wall Systems | Building Envelope Experience: 8–15+ years, including high-rise façade projects Salary: AED 15,000 – 20,000 + Benefits Job Purpose The Façade Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of façade packages, from design coordination and engineering through procurement, fabrication, installation, testing and handover. The role will ensure projects are delivered in line with quality, safety, schedule, budget and performance requirements. Key Responsibilities • Lead full façade package execution for high-rise buildings and VIP projects. • Develop project plans, method statements, ITPs and installation sequences. • Manage scope, budget, schedule, risks and change control. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors and internal teams. • Plan façade installation methods, sequencing and site activities. • Ensure façade systems meet structural, thermal, weather and acoustic requirements. • Oversee material procurement and factory fabrication quality. • Manage site installation teams and monitor daily/weekly progress. • Implement QA/QC procedures and façade performance testing. • Monitor project schedules, budgets, variations and reporting. • Resolve site issues, interface challenges and technical problems. • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams. Qualifications & Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical or Architectural Engineering. • 8–15+ years of façade industry experience, with at least 5 years on high-rise projects. • Strong GCC/Middle East high-rise project experience preferred. • Proven experience delivering façade projects using Schüco façade systems is highly desirable. • Experience in façade value engineering and system optimization. • Strong leadership and multidisciplinary team-management skills. • Excellent stakeholder and client coordination abilities. • Strong problem-solving skills, particularly under challenging site conditions. • Excellent planning, scheduling and project execution capabilities. • High attention to quality, safety and technical detail.
