Facade Project Manager - Construction Industry

Salary: AED 15,000 - AED 18,000 Role Description The Facade Project Manager will oversee end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of façade works for construction projects in Ras al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. This full-time, on-site role includes managing project schedules, budgets, and quality standards, as well as leading communication between design teams, contractors, suppliers, and site personnel. The role involves monitoring façade installation activities, conducting site inspections, resolving technical and logistical issues, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and local regulations. The Facade Project Manager will also supervise expediting of materials, coordinate logistics, prepare progress reports, and support safety and risk management on site. Regular interaction with stakeholders, problem-solving, and hands-on involvement in daily site operations are key aspects of this position. Qualifications • Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, coordination, and stakeholder communication • Experience with expediting and expeditor-related activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and services • Proficiency in logistics management for construction sites, including material flow, storage, and supplier coordination • Hands-on inspection experience, with the ability to review façade works for quality, safety, and compliance with specifications • Background in façade, civil, or construction engineering, with knowledge of façade systems, materials, and installation methods • Ability to interpret technical drawings and contracts, and to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams on site • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on meeting deadlines • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage • Prior experience in façade or building envelope projects in the construction industry within the GCC region is beneficial • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus Show more Show less
