About Your Team Our Scaffolding & Formwork team plays a critical role in delivering safe, efficient, and innovative temporary works solutions across our projects. Working closely with project, design, and site teams, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence to support successful project delivery. Your Role As a Scaffolding & Formwork Site Engineer, you will • Manage and coordinate day-to-day Scaffolding and Formwork activities to achieve project schedules, quality standards, safety requirements, and handover milestones. • Coordinate with project teams, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and the S&F Design Team for technical solutions, drawings, submissions, inspections, approvals, and execution requirements. • Prepare and maintain S&F documentation, including methodologies, MSRA, material submittals, inspection records, technical approvals, dashboards, and monthly performance reports. • Monitor manpower, materials, productivity, costs, procurement requirements, supplier performance, invoicing, claims, and payments to ensure project targets and approved budgets are achieved. • Ensure compliance with ALEC HSE requirements, project specifications, statutory regulations, temporary works procedures, and applicable industry standards, while identifying safe, innovative, and cost-effective solutions What We’re Looking For Skills and Competencies • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and AutoCAD. • Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills. • Possesses strong knowledge of scaffolding and formwork systems, temporary works procedures, technical drawings, planning, cost control, safety requirements, stakeholder coordination, problem-solving, and reporting • Experience in GCC construction projects and working with PERI, DOKA, RMD, or similar formwork and scaffolding systems. • Experience with TG20:21, BS EN 12811, BS5975, and Temporary Works procedures. • Knowledge of Revit and Power BI Qualifications & Experience • Degree in appropriate discipline or equivalent demonstrated experience and/or • 5+ years experience in Scaffolding & Formwork within large-scale construction projects What We Offer • The chance to contribute to some of UAE most iconic projects. • A collaborative, supportive environment that values innovation and excellence. • Opportunities for professional growth and career progression.
