Finance Project Manager (Credit Collections & Recovery)

Mandatory – Experience in managing financial projects. Must have experience in Credit & Collections Projects. Must be PMP certified Key Responsibilities: • Plan and deliver credit & collections projects within scope, budget, and timelines. • Define project objectives, schedules, resources, and deliverables with stakeholders. • Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure successful project execution. • Monitor project progress, risks, and performance, providing regular stakeholder updates. • Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Implement financial solutions aligned with business needs and credit & collection best practices. • Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. • Conduct post-project reviews and capture lessons learned. Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. • PMP or equivalent certification preferred. • 5+ years of project management experience in financial services, credit & collections, or related domains. • Proven track record of managing large-scale financial projects. • Strong knowledge of credit management, collections, and financial operations.
