Arabian Private Holdings
About the role This Junior Project Manager role exists to support the coordination of complex mandates for our partner, who is a major investment group. You will help maintain the structure of ongoing projects, ensuring that every analysis and report meets our standard for clarity and rigor. Your presence allows our principals to focus on high level strategy while you handle the essential logistical and documentation tasks that keep a mandate moving forward. About Arabian Private Holdings Arabian Private Holdings was established because we believe many critical business problems do not fit the traditional large firm consulting model. A board facing a succession question or a family group weighing a capital injection does not need a team of twelve associates and a hundred page methodology deck. They need experienced partners who can sit with a problem, form a rigorous view, and defend it. Our work covers corporate strategy, governance, and operating model efficiency for significant family groups, listed corporations, and government entities. We focus on clarity over complexity and operate as a fully remote firm, choosing to prioritize the quality of our analysis and the strength of our relationships over traditional office overhead. What you will do • Track progress across multiple workstreams to ensure milestones for our major investment partner are met on schedule. • Conduct research on portfolio companies to help the team form a view on governance and performance. • Draft summaries of meetings and workshops, focusing on capturing clear decisions and required actions rather than just notes. • Manage the document repository for each mandate, ensuring all data and findings are organized and easily accessible. • Assist in the preparation of briefing materials for family group boards and government officials. • Monitor project timelines and notify principals of any potential risks to the delivery schedule. • Liaise with client teams to gather necessary data for our operating model reviews and portfolio analysis. • Support the review of financial and operational reports to extract key insights for the firm. What we are looking for • A strong ability to communicate complex ideas in simple, plain English without relying on corporate jargon. • Logical rigor and the ability to organize information without becoming overwhelmed by the details of a project. • Curiosity about how large holding companies and investment groups operate at a high level. • High standards for written precision and accuracy in all professional documents and internal reports. • The ability to work independently in a remote setting while staying consistently connected to the team. • Basic familiarity with project management principles or organizational tools from university or previous projects. • A focus on outcomes and the persistence to see a task through to its conclusion. How we work We operate as a fully remote organization, which means we rely heavily on clear communication and mutual trust. Our structure is intentionally flat, giving junior team members direct access to our principals and their decades of experience. We do not have a traditional corporate hierarchy: instead, we work as a small group of colleagues focused on specific mandates. Mentoring happens through active participation in high level projects where you will see firsthand how we solve complex problems for holding companies. This remote environment requires a high degree of self management, but it also provides the space to focus deeply on the quality of your analysis and the strength of your logic. What the role offers • Direct exposure to the decision making processes of major investment groups and family offices. • A competitive salary that is attractive for an entry level professional in this sector. • The flexibility of a fully remote role with no commuting or office presence required. • Mentorship from senior principals who are directly accountable for the success of every mandate. • A professional environment that values clear thinking and results over internal politics or buzzwords. • The opportunity to develop a strong foundation in corporate strategy and governance within a principal led firm.
