Senior Manager Human Resources (Temp role)

We are supporting the appointment of a Senior Manager HR for a newly established entity based in Abu Dhabi. This is a senior leadership opportunity to build and lead the HR function in a dynamic and evolving organization, working closely with senior leadership to shape people strategy and establish effective frameworks from the ground up. The role will play a central part in guiding the organization through its early stages, supporting the integration of teams, and ensuring that people practices are well structured, compliant, and aligned with broader business objectives. The successful candidate will be expected to operate as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, contributing to strategic decision-making while also ensuring the practical delivery of HR initiatives. We are seeking candidates with a strong background in HR leadership, combined with mandatory experience in HR consulting, who can bring both advisory and hands-on capabilities. Prior exposure to complex, fast-paced environments - such as new ventures or transformation settings- will be important, along with the ability to navigate governance requirements and stakeholder expectations effectively.
