Financial Reporting Analyst

General Qualifications • Graduated from related departments of universities, • At least 2-3 years of experience in Independent Audit or Budget and Financial Reporting (Big 4 audit company background is preferred), • Knowledge of general accounting, uniform chart of accounts and IFRS, • Advanced knowledge of MS Office and excellent spreadsheet skills, • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, • High degree of analytical mind and problem-solving skills, • High analysis, reporting and presentation skills, • Enthusiastic about process improvement and development, • Ability to handle multiple tasks, • No restrictions on domestic or international travel, • ERP experience (Preferably with SAP). Job description • Directly reporting to Financial Control Team in Turkey, • Working in close cooperation with the team, preparing IFRS-based financial statements and reporting in the relevant periods, • Checking the compliance of IFRS tables with accounting records and other reports, • Managing the independent audit processes, • Ensuring the operation of the control points and reconciliation processes created to ensure that the accounting records are carried out in an appropriate and error-free manner, • Checking the TPL financial statements prepared on a monthly basis before the month closing process, • Carrying out the shareholder and senior management relations, ensuring the creation of the requested reports, • To carry out detailed feasibility studies, research and critical analyzes on reporting and tax issues, • Identifying problems related to financial issues, generating solutions by prioritizing, identifying underlying causes. • Degree in a related field. • 2-3 years of experience in Independent Audit or Budget and Financial Reporting (Big 4 background preferred). • Knowledge of IFRS and general accounting, uniform chart of accounts. • ERP experience (preferably SAP). • Advanced MS Office and strong Excel skills. • Fluent English (written and spoken). • Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills. • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work with internal/external stakeholders. • Willingness to travel domestically or internationally.

• Prepare IFRS-based financial statements and reporting for relevant periods. • Ensure IFRS tables align with accounting records and other reports. • Manage the independent audit processes. • Maintain control points and reconciliation processes to ensure accurate accounting records. • Review monthly TPL financial statements before month-end close. • Manage shareholder and senior management reporting relations and deliver requested reports. • Conduct detailed feasibility studies, research and critical analyses on reporting and tax issues. • Identify issues in financial reporting and develop prioritized solutions with root-cause analysis.
