Motion Graphic Designer (Real Estate Experience only)

We're Hiring: Graphic Designer — Real Estate Marketing Home Sweet Home Real Estate | Dubai, UAE Home Sweet Home Real Estate is looking for a talented Graphic Designer with real estate marketing experience to join our team and create high-performing visual content across digital, social, motion, and print for our property campaigns. What You'll Do: - Design static and carousel ads for Meta, Google, and other digital channels for property launches, offers, open houses, and corporate campaigns - Create social media content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, consistent with brand guidelines - Produce short motion graphics and animations (pricing, payment plans, maps, logo reveals) for social, ads, and presentations - Design brochures, pitch decks, sales presentations, and event/exhibition materials - Maintain brand consistency and keep design assets organized - Collaborate closely with Marketing, Media Buyer, Content, Video, and Sales teams What We're Looking For: - 3+ years of graphic design experience, including 2+ years in UAE real estate (brokerage, developer, or real estate agency preferred) - Motion graphics experience with Adobe After Effects or equivalent - Strong portfolio covering real estate campaigns, social content, brochures, and motion work - Advanced Photoshop & Illustrator; working knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign, PowerPoint - Figma/Canva Pro and AI creative tools (Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT) a plus - Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design or related field preferred If this sounds like you, we'd love to see your portfolio.
