The Graphic Designer will create visual concepts and designs for branding, marketing materials, digital campaigns, and property-related collateral that support the company’s luxury positioning. Key responsibilities: • Developing graphics and layouts for print and digital media • Refining logos and brand identities • Selecting and applying typography that aligns with the brand • Ensuring visual consistency across all brand touchpoints • Collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and project teams • Translating creative briefs into high-quality visual assets • Preparing artwork and files for production • Updating and improving existing designs as projects evolve Qualifications • Strong skills in Graphic Design for both print and digital applications • Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding to create and maintain cohesive visual identities • Strong understanding of Typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, or equivalent • Experience in real estate, hospitality, or luxury brands is an advantage • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative concepts, attention to detail, and high-quality execution • Ability to work on-site, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines • Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams • Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
