Role Description The Marketing Manager at LAPP Middle East is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. This role is responsible for the regional planning and executing marketing strategies that support brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth for LAPP’s portfolio of cable and connectivity solutions in MEA+ region. Day-to-day activities include developing and managing marketing campaigns, coordinating digital and offline activities, overseeing content creation, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels. The Marketing Manager collaborates closely with sales, product management, and global marketing teams to align local initiatives with global objectives, analyze market trends, and identify growth opportunities. The role also involves managing external agencies and partners, tracking campaign performance, preparing reports, and optimizing marketing spend. Qualifications • Candidates should possess skills in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and brand management. • Candidates should possess skills in digital marketing, social media management, and marketing analytics. • Candidates should possess skills in content creation, copywriting, and strong graphic or visual communication. • Candidates should possess skills in market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights. • Candidates should possess skills in project management, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration. • Relevant bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred. • Experience in B2B or industrial/technical sectors, ideally in cables, electrical, or automation industries, is an advantage. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional regional languages are beneficial. • Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple initiatives, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in common marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing, social media, and MS Office).
