The candidate will be responsible for generating healthcare recruitment requirements, developing relationships with hospitals and clinics, and promoting Medico Hub's Healthcare Recruitment, Staffing Solutions, Third-Party Payroll, and AI Hospital Management Software. Key Responsibilities • Visit hospitals, clinics, medical centres, and healthcare organizations. • Meet Hospital Owners, HR Managers, Medical Directors, and Administrators. • Generate doctor, nursing, and allied healthcare staffing requirements. • Promote Medico Hub's Healthcare Recruitment, Third-Party Payroll, and AI Software solutions. • Schedule client meetings and product demonstrations. • Build long-term client relationships. • Achieve monthly business targets. • Submit daily visit and weekly sales reports. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. • 1–5 years of experience in Healthcare Recruitment, Staffing, HR, or B2B Business Development. • Excellent English communication and presentation skills. • Valid UAE Driving Licence (Preferred). • Own vehicle is an added advantage. • Willingness to travel within the assigned city/region.
