We are looking for a talented Operator Marketing Manager for our Mobile Experience team in our Dubai office. In this role, you own Co-Marketing partnerships with our Telco Operators across the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain, for Samsung Gulf’s Mobile Business (Smartphones, Tablets, Wearables and Accessories), through strong market driven planning and execution. How You Will Make An Impact: • Own and grow co-marketing partnerships with GCC Operators, acting as the primary marketing point of contact • Build and execute joint marketing plans aligned to Samsung device launches and Operator Engagement roadmap, from concept through to in-market delivery and results • Manage co-marketing funds and joints budgets, ensuring efficient, accountable use tied to clear commercial outcomes • Use Operator subscriber and device-mix data to size opportunities, define target segments and shape addressable CRM-driven campaigns • Coordinate cross-functional delivery across 360 marketing channels (including but not limited to: OOH, Owned Media, Paid Media (Offline & Online), PR, CVM, Event Activations) • Actively drive first-in-class and never-been-done-before activities with Operator Partners • Track and report campaign performance with Operators • Collaborate closely with Sales team to drive positive commercial outcomes What You’ll Need: • 8+ years of related experience in product/consumer marketing, with meaningful experience in Operator Co-Marketing or Telco Partnerships • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field from an accredited university • Proven track record running partner campaigns end to end, with measurable commercial results • Experience and knowledge in 360 marketing ecosystem, including online and offline • Strong understanding of Customer Value Management (CVM), Media landscape, channels and application in Operator Marketing • Experience working in a matrix organization • Strong analytical thinking and presentation skills required • Strong negotiation, persuasive skills • Strong relationship-building skills • Arabic is preferable but not mandatory • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Why You’ll Love Working with Us? • Competitive salary and performance-based incentive plan for all levels • Flexible working hours schedule • Visa, a Top-Tier medical insurance plan, and life insurance • 22 days of paid annual leave plus public holidays • An additional day off for your birthday! • Yearly air ticket allowance & monthly parking allowance (if applicable) Show more Show less
