Job Description: The Account Manager serves as the focal point between the agency and its clients, ensuring that marketing campaigns, creative projects, and digital initiatives are delivered effectively and on time. The role requires strong communication, project management, presentation and relationship-building skills to translate client needs into actionable strategies, working closely with creative, digital, and media teams. Responsibilities: Account Management Own end-to-end management of assigned client accounts. Develop project plans & manage client expectations throughout every project lifecycle. Ensure client deliverables completed on time, within scope & to the highest quality standards. Project Coordination Prepare comprehensive creative and campaign briefs. Coordinate with Creative, Content, Digital Marketing, Community Management, Web Development, Production, relevant third parties & Analytics teams. Monitor project timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource allocation. Resolve operational challenges before they impact project delivery. Performance & Reporting Analyze campaign performance and present actionable recommendations. Lead monthly and quarterly business review meetings. Ensure continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making. Commercial Responsibilities Identify opportunities for account expansion, additional services & Additional Clients. Prepare proposals, quotations, and scopes of work. Support contract renewals and client retention initiatives. Ensure projects remain within approved budgets and contractual scope. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. 5-7 years of Marketing Agency experience. Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, media planning, content strategy, and performance marketing Proven experience managing multiple high-value client accounts. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and project management capabilities. Proven track record of managing client relationships & delivering successful campaigns. Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
